1. The password expires every 90 days. You will be prompted to change the password every 90 days.
2. The password must be at least 8 characters long and no longer than 16 characters.
3. The user ID cannot be a part of the password.
4. The password must contain the following items:
      At least one upper case letter
      At least one lower case letter
      At least one numeral
      At least one special character
